What should I expect on my first visit?+

Every experience begins with a private consultation so we can understand your skin, goals, and comfort. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in — you'll leave with a personalized care plan.

How should I prepare for a facial or treatment?+

Arrive with clean skin if possible, avoid retinoids or exfoliants for 48 hours prior, and skip active sun exposure the day of. Come as you are — we'll take care of the rest.

What is your cancellation policy?+

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the time to someone else. No-shows may be charged the full service value.

Are your treatments safe during pregnancy or with sensitive skin?+

Many of our rituals can be adapted safely for pregnancy and sensitive skin. Please share any medical concerns, medications, or allergies at booking so we can tailor your experience.

Do you offer gift cards?+

Yes — gift cards are available in any denomination and can be purchased directly through our booking portal or by messaging us on WhatsApp.

How often should I book a facial?+

For maintenance and glow, most clients visit every 4–6 weeks. For corrective concerns we'll design a treatment schedule based on your skin's needs.
